Prices are a delicate subject for many consumers, which is why ServiceValue and DIE WELT conducted a large-scale online survey to explore the topic. It included a total of over 700,000 customer reviews across 2071 companies/brands. The survey addressed 218 different business sectors.
LAGERBOX is happy to announce that it scored first place in the self-storage category. Prices are an important topic for us at LAGERBOX, but the important question is always ‘what do I get for the price I pay?’.
We believe that the price is important, but so is the overall package you get. At LAGERBOX, the full service we offer affects our pricing policy. ‘We offer our customers things like a free-of-charge transport van for moving in, for example, and take care of receiving goods for business customers,’ says Volker Borner, COO at LAGERBOX. ‘Of course, we also focus on high-quality storage units and a very high security standard. These are all factors reflected in the price. The same goes for the central locations of our facilities, ensuring great accessibility.’
LAGERBOX currently operates 19 locations nationwide. Further facilities in Dresden and Berlin are under construction and will likely open this year. In addition to those under construction, several self-storage facilities are planned in Cologne (two already in operation), Berlin (two already in operation, one under construction), Wuppertal, Bielefeld, and Dortmund (one already in operation).
LAGERBOX is Germany’s most long-standing self-storage company, looking back on over 21 impressive years of experience.
