FEDESSA

The Federation of European Self-Storage Associations (FEDESSA) is the European umbrella organization of storage companies. The FEDESSA was founded at the beginning of 2004 in response to the then still young and fast-growing market in Europe.

The association aims to give the industry a collective voice, to promote associations in the individual countries and to generally position the industry of self-storage positively and thus to make it more successful. The association has 14 sub-associations in various European countries and, with more than 1.400 self-storage facilities, represents more than 70% of all providers on the continent.
