What Lies Behind the Award

The annual study conducted by ServiceValue and WELT examines customer service from the perspective of those who have experienced it firsthand. Around 2.2 million customer assessments covering approximately 5,500 companies across more than 400 industries form the basis of the study. Current and former customers whose customer relationship dates back no more than three years are surveyed. Their experiences contribute to the Service Experience Score, or SES for short.

The scientifically validated SES, positively assessed by Prof. Dr. Rolf van Dick of Goethe University Frankfurt, indicates the proportion of respondents who have experienced very good service from a company. For LAGERBOX, this means that 61.4 percent of the customers surveyed confirm having had such an experience. The ranking does not examine which individual service was decisive in achieving this result. We regard this ranking as recognition of our daily work - from the initial consultation to assistance during move-in.
