Dear storage space seekers in Berlin
With joy and pride, we can report you from our now third branch in Berlin! As early as December, LAGERBOX will open a new self-storage warehouse in Berlin Spandau, thus providing the capital city with additional space for flexible warehousing. We are pleased that we now have a large warehouse in the west of the town. Together with our two other locations in Berlin (Neukölln and Hohenschönhausen) we now have an even better service coverage for Berlin - the whole, as always, enriched by the typical LAGERBOX comfort.
8.200 square meters of new storage space
The new warehouse in Berlin Spandau has a total area of 8.200 square meters. On this, we build 1.150 storage units, which in turn will extend over five floors. In the first stage, we are opening three stories with a storage capacity of 650 storage units and a total of 3.000 square meters. In the second step, the two further floors are followed by 500 storerooms and another 2.200 square meters of pure storage space. In total, Berlin will be able to lease over 5.200 square meters of new storage space. The complete rebuilding of the location will be completed in December after ten months.
That's why LAGERBOX fits Spandau
We deliberately chose the district of Spandau, not only because there was still a need for a large self-storage building in the west of the capital. Berlin Spandau is one of the largest districts of Berlin and the Spandauer also like to do their affairs within their part of Berlin. We take this into account by providing a lot of new storage space in the middle of Spandau, more precisely Am Juliusturm 5. So anyone who has something to store here can do so very soon in the familiar and beloved "Kiez - neighborhood".
Typical LAGERBOX: Perfect traffic connection
As usual, we have chosen a location from LAGERBOX that is excellently connected to the infrastructure of its surroundings. At Juliusturm 5 is a top address in the district and is one of the three largest arterial roads in Spandau. You can reach your storage space very well even with large vehicles and are for example from the center within five minutes on our premises. But in all other directions, you can easily travel fast because both Tegel Airport and the city highway are only ten minutes away from here.

Close to the historic old town of Spandau, the citadel and important industrial sites, our new warehouse is ideally located in the bustling area of the district. If you also want to rent storage space nearby, such as files, tools, or furniture, head to Am Juliusturm 5, and store it where it works best.
