Highest reliability: LAGERBOX receives an award

What is important to consumers? Many analyses and statistics in Germany try to answer this and other questions. Mainly, though, it’s the consumers themselves that provide the answers. Above all, they look for reliability in a service provider. They do so regarding product quality but also the entire service cycle: before and after their purchase.

These principles are among the highest here at LAGERBOX: Customer is always king.

AnalysisValue, a consulting and analysis company, has conducted a study on which companies consumers see as particularly reliable in cooperation with Deutschland Test. A total of 509 companies from 38 industries were surveyed.

One of these industries is the self-storage sector. It was easy to see in this category that the LAGERBOX philosophy works and yields impressive results. As the only company among all the competitors, LAGERBOX received the “HIGHEST RELIABILITY” rating. As the name suggests, this is the highest level of reliability a company can achieve.

The survey results were published in the current print issue of FOCUS (02/22) as well as on the ServiceValue website on 8 January 2022.

The award makes LAGERBOX eligible for a quality to go with it.

The basis of the data is an independent customer survey, initiated by the consulting company and without involvement of the rated companies.
