The focus was on one crucial question:
“How would you rate the following providers overall?”
Respondents could choose between five ratings – from “excellent” to “poor.” Only companies that the participants had actually been customers of within the last twelve months were evaluated. This method ensures reliable results that reflect the actual experiences of customers.

With a KZI of 2.55, LAGERBOX clearly leads the industry ranking. Only companies that perform above average receive the “Highest Customer Satisfaction” rating. The fact that LAGERBOX has now received this award for five years in a row underscores its consistent focus on quality and service.
